Perma Blend Evenflo Colorizer is a bright red with a cool undertone. Forms part of a two-step pigment collection developed in collaboration with PMU artist Lulu Siciliano that is perfectly designed to correct dark lip colours with incredible healed results.
- Step 1: On the the first session, use Evenflo Neutralizer with a lip blush technique. In some instances, you may need to repeat this procedure after full healing if the client still has some purple, dark and cool tones on their lips. Once completely healed, the lips will turn a beige-peach tone.
- Step 2: Use Evenflo Colorizer 60 days after a session. Once completely healed, the lips will turn a natural pinkish tone.
